About the Speakers
Dan Dye (Bethel ’81) has been with Cargill for over 30 years. His current role is as President of Horizon Milling, Cargill's North American flour milling business. Dan and his wife Alea Dye (Bethel ’81) have two children and live in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. Dan serves on the Board of Trustees of Bethel and serves as an adjunct business professor with the Bethel MBA program.
Dr. Joel Johnson graduated from Bethel Seminary in 1986 and completed a Doctor of Ministry degree at Fuller Seminary in Pasadena, California in 1999. Joel is the Senior Pastor at Westwood Community Church in Excelsior, Minnesota. The Church’s first services were held in the Chanhassen Dinner Theater in April of 1995. Westwood has grown from a staff of 2 to 75, from two to five weekly services, and from a weekly attendance of 90 to more than 3,000 under Joel's leadership. Joel serves on the Board of Trustees of Bethel and serves as an adjunct business professor with the Bethel MBA program.
